In just 75 minutes, you’ll guide your baby room team through a process of imagining the baby room they would love to create, listening to one another’s ideas, discovering what excites you collectively and uncovering the values sitting underneath your shared vision.
And you don’t need to be an experienced facilitator.

From Individual Ideas to a Shared Vision
This isn’t a workshop where the manager arrives with a vision and asks everyone else to agree with it.
And it isn’t about sitting around trying to write the perfect vision statement.
Instead, the workshop begins with imagination.
Each person is invited to visualise the baby room at its very best. What does it feel like to be there? What are babies experiencing? What happens during everyday moments such as mealtimes and play? What are relationships with families like? What does it feel like to be part of the team?
Then you listen to one another.
What keeps coming up? What lights people up? What makes you think, “Yes – I’d love our baby room to be like that too”?
Those are the ideas that begin to form your shared vision.
From there, you’ll look underneath the vision and ask another important question:
What does this tell us about what really matters to us?
That’s how your shared values emerge – not from choosing attractive words from a list, but from the baby room you’ve imagined together.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have created your own Shared Vision & Values Canvas capturing the baby room you want to create and the 3–5 shared values at its heart.
It doesn’t need to sound polished or corporate.
It needs to mean something to your team.
