Description
In ‘Leading a positive team culture in the baby room’, we’ll explore what a great baby room team looks and feels like and how we can create the conditions for the team to thrive. Feeding into this, we’ll look at creating a shared vision and set of values as a baby room team, as well as understanding different team members’ motivations and how these can be supported day to day.
We will focus on:
- Creating a shared vision for the baby room
- Team values
- Supporting the team by responding to their individual motivations
