Description
In ‘Motivating staff in the baby room’, we’ll explore six different types of motivation that can be used by leaders in the baby room to keep their teams motivated. This is a great workshop for baby room leaders or managers to support baby room teams to feel happy and fulfilled in their work with babies.
We will focus on:
- Six types of motivation
- Finding out what motivates individual staff members
- How to use these types of motivation to support different staff members
