In ‘Responding to a baby’s nervous system’ we’ll explore the basics of nervous system regulation and how you can support this for babies. We’ll learn about nervous system responses and how we can shift from agitated and stressed states to a calmer bodily state. We’ll look at what this means for babies in the baby room and how we can effectively co-regulate with them through sensory strategies. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the nervous system, in yourself and in babies, and a set of co-regulation strategies to use with babies.

In ‘Responding to a Baby’s Nervous System’ we’ll explore the basics of nervous system regulation and how you can support this for babies.   • Co-regulation sensory strategies
